About us

The Table agroalimentaire de l'Outaouais (TAO) is a non-profit organization whose role is to consult and coordinate the development of the biofood sector at the regional level.

To do this, its board of directors brings together representatives of the main players in the development of the regional biofood sector.

The TAO also manages the Outaouais Agricultural Research and Technological Development Center (CREDETAO) and the Agriconseils Outaouais Network (RAO).

ASSIGNMENT

Bringing together three organizations, the TAO guides, supports and stimulates the development of sustainable biofood systems in the Outaouais.

Concretely :

The TAO promotes the concerted development of the sector and ensures its promotion by:

  • consultation;

  • the promotion;

  • a marketing service offer.

The CREDÉTAO, which notably manages the L'Ange-Gardien agricultural platform, contributes to development, innovation and knowledge transfer by:

  • research and development;

  • accompaniment;

  • Training.

Specializations: entrepreneurship, emerging cultures and green technologies

The RAO provides and brings together an adapted and diversified offer of consulting services that meets the needs of biofood companies in the Outaouais and regional priorities by:

  • reception and referencing;

  • accompaniment;

  • the promotion.
